Every project is unique, and fees are structured accordingly.
Design fees are fixed and agreed in advance following a paid site visit (£300). This ensures complete clarity — no hourly billing and no unexpected increases unless the scope of work changes.
There is a minimum design fee of 5k per room.
For large-scale renovations or full home projects, minimum design fees start from 25k.
Fees exclude VAT and project costs (contractors, furnishings, materials and professional services).

The site visit is a critical part of the design process. It allows me to properly assess your property, understand the architectural constraints, and explore your vision in detail.
The £300 fee reflects the expertise and strategic thinking required to develop an accurate, considered proposal.
It also ensures we are both committed before moving into the design phase.

My work is rooted in confident use of colour, pattern and texture — but always led by how you want to live and how your home needs to function.
Before founding the studio, I worked in a corporate environment where clarity, structure and delivery were non-negotiable. That experience shapes how I run every project today.
Design is creative — but it’s also strategic.
I bring a considered process, clear communication and commercial awareness to each project, ensuring your investment is protected and your experience feels calm and well-managed from start to finish.
The result is a home that feels layered, personal and beautifully executed — without the chaos that so often accompanies renovation.
-
In most cases, I work exclusively with my trusted network of trades and suppliers. They understand my standards, processes and the level of detail my clients expect.
Exceptions may be considered, provided quality and collaboration align with the studio’s standards.
-
Most single-room projects typically require an overall investment starting from £10-£20k including furnishings, trades and professional services. Larger renovations vary significantly depending on scope.
During our initial conversations, we’ll discuss whether your budget aligns with the level of finish and craftsmanship you’re hoping to achieve.
-
My full-service clients are typically busy professionals. I present clear, considered options and handle the coordination, procurement and oversight.
You’ll be involved in key decisions — but not burdened with day-to-day management.
-
To maintain a high level of attention and detail, I limit the number of full-service projects I take on at any one time.
-
Renovations often reveal unforeseen challenges. It is therefore best to have a contingency budget of c.10%. My role is to problem-solve swiftly, liaise with the relevant professionals and protect the integrity of the design — while keeping you fully informed.
-
Ideally, I’m brought in before architectural plans are finalised or final builders/contractors are selected. This allows the design vision, layout and spatial planning to evolve cohesively — avoiding costly revisions later.
